This presentation includes a detailed description of Highland's journey to improve Data Security by addressing the technology issues and the human vulnerability. Using the TLE Seal Framework as a guide, Highland has improved policy and practice to become the first TLE Seal recipient school in Ohio. With a focus on continuous improvement, Highland Local Schools renewed it's seal in 2019. This is a presentation about managing the overwhelming change needed in infrastructure, policy, instruction and continuous professional development for staff.
