Schools have long focused on Digital Citizenship and rightly so. But now, there are reports coming out daily about cell phone addiction and tech overuse. And, all this is occurring when schools are using technology in the classroom more than ever before. Is technology use leading to societal issues and depression? We will take a look at the issues, research and strategies to teach Digital Health and Wellness to students and their families.
